Announcing Ultra Criticom's Merger with 3eTI

Ultra Electronics, 3eTI is pleased to announce the forthcoming merger of its sister company, Ultra Electronics – Criticom, into 3eTI effective January 1, 2013. Criticom will officially begin conducting its business as Ultra Electronics, 3eTI on that date.

The decision to integrate Criticom with 3eTI was made in order to better align our business with current DoD trends that will allow us to reduce expenses, combine talent and provide a wider array of services. We are committed to being your secure video communications supplier of choice for ISEC and videoconferencing integration. Our engineering and sales team continues to be fully engaged and ready to address your requirements for multimedia conference rooms and custom operations centers, or for installation, maintenance, and support services that you have received from us in the past. Our ISEC product line was expanded this year to support up to six security classification levels for IP networks and we have additional enhancements underway on our product roadmap for 2013 and beyond. The convergence of the Criticom ISEC and secure video expertise with 3eTI's security, encryption, and cyber products will further increase our capabilities and solution coverage to meet your secure communications requirements.
